I had a comfortable stay with my pet in a spacious and clean room, although the cooling system wasn't effective enough at 60 degreesF. The staff was welcoming and helpful, but there were moments of rudeness. The location was convenient, close to the French Quarters but still peaceful at night. The dining options were varied, although the breakfast room was crowded. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and beautiful, providing a separate and private area, but there were issues with flooding during my stay. The service varied from super helpful and friendly to rude and unprofessional. The location was central and walking distance to many attractions, but improvements were needed in staff attitudes and pet policy explanations. The dining options were limited, lacking variety, but the in-house barbeque was a nice touch.
